Tri-Gen™ Brazier, 12 qt., 13-1/2" dia. x 7-1/4"H, round, riveted handles, with cover, triply, aluminum core, induction ready, stainless steel, mirror finish exterior, satin finish interior, NSF.
- Induction ready tri-ply construction consists of an aluminum layer, sandwiched between a magnetic stainless steel exterior and an 18/8 stainless steel interior cooking surface
- Larger sizes for higher volume food preparation
- Securely riveted wide loop handles provide excellent stability, especially for larger hands when handling with hot pads
- Handles have outward sloping top which provide the chef with better control and a more comfortable thumb rest
