STORE POLICY

 

WARRANTY

All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranty. Please note the warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and products.

Using commercial products in a non-commercial setting would most likely void your homeowner's insurance and the equipment manufacturer's warranty. 

 

PRODUCT IMAGES

We try our best to provide the product images to our customers. However, some of the images may include optional accessories or features, or may be an image of a similar product. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read the product description and other related product literature such as Specification Sheets, SDS Sheets, etc., before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about a product after reading the description and product literature, please contact us.

 

IN-STORE PRODUCTS

Some items are listed online and available for purchase in-store only. Online price and item description for in-store items are approximates. You will be charged the current in-store price at the time of purchase.

 

USA STATE SALES TAXES

Please note that Win Depot charges state sales taxes on orders to New York at the rate applicable for the county of the purchaser. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Win Depot in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.

 

SHIPPING

We ship to any of the lower 48 states - excluding Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO and US Territories. Most of your shipment will arrive via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Oversized & large items will deliver by freight carriers.

  • Lift-gate Service
    If your shipping address does not have a loading dock or tractor-trailer access, you must choose lift-gate service during checkout. A liftgate safely unloads heavy items over 75 pounds to the curbside, then it's your responsibility to move product inside.
  • Shipping Rates
    New York City boroughs: spend over $75 and shipping is free.
    Other lower 48-states: standard rates apply.
  • Store Pickup
    We'll contact you when your order is ready for pickup. Bring your government-issued photo ID, credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used) and order number to the store and pick up your items.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for orders.

For check, money order, ACH and wire transfer payment, please contact our sales department at 718-433-1999. Checks are held for 5 business day while they clear. A holding period is not required if a certified/bank check is provided. ACH and Wire transfer orders will be released as one as payment is received, with a minimum of one business day delay to receive payment. We do not accept checks drawn on foreign checking accounts.

For Win Depot Online orders, we accept American Express, Discover Card, VISA, MasterCard and Paypal.

An order will be placed on hold until payment has been received. Once payment is cleared, the order will be released to process for shipment or pick up.

 

REFUNDS / CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you change your mind about an order placed on Win Depot (www.windepotstore.com), please contact us as soon as possible to determine refund eligibility. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Win Depot offers an exclusive 7 days return policy. All returned merchandise must be unused and accompanied by the original sales receipt, original box, UPC code intact and all packaging material (instruction, manuals, etc.). After 7 days returned are subject to 20% restocking fee & store credit only.

If original sales receipt is not available, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee & store credit only.

A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Purchases made by a credit card may only applied to the original credit card.

Shipping and freight handling charges are non-refundable. If merchandise has been shipped, customer will be responsible for shipping/freight charges to and from Win Depot.

Special Order products and products shipped direct from the manufacturer is final sales, most items are not returnable. For item(s) that can be returned, it will subject to a restocking charge as per manufacturer.

Custom and fabricated item(s) has been produced for the cancelled order, no refund will be issued.

Due to the agreed upon financing terms between customer and financial institution, all lease purchases are final and not subject for return.
