WARRANTY

All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranty. Please note the warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

Using commercial products in a non-commercial setting would most likely void your homeowner's insurance and the equipment manufacturer's warranty.

 

PRODUCT IMAGES

We try our best to provide the product images to our customers. However, some of the images may include optional accessories or features, or may be an image of a similar product. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read the product description and other related product literature such as Specification Sheets, SDS Sheets, etc., before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about a product after reading the description and product literature, please contact us.

 

USA STATE SALES TAXES

Win Depot charges state sales taxes on orders shipped to New York and New Jersey, based on the purchaser's county. These taxes are required by law and are remitted to the state authorities.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship:

We ship to permanent residential and business addresses in the lower 48 contiguous United States.

Where We Don’t Ship:

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarders, re-shippers, or temporary accommodations like hotels, motels, and hostels.

Delivery Services:

  • Most shipments will be delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Oversized and large items will be delivered by freight carriers.

Lift-gate Service:

If your shipping address does not have a loading dock or tractor-trailer access, please select the lift-gate service during checkout. A lift-gate safely unloads heavy items (over 75 pounds) to the curbside. It is your responsibility to move the product inside.

Shipping Rates:

  • For Orders Within New York City: Free shipping on orders over $75.
  • For Orders Outside New York City (Including the Other 48 U.S. States): Standard shipping rates apply.

Store Pickup:

We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring the following items to the store:

  • A government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order or the name of the authorized pickup person.
  • The credit card used for the purchase (if applicable).
  • Your order number.

  • Cash
  • Checks: Held for 5 business days; no hold for certified/bank checks
  • ACH & Wire Transfers: Processed within 2–3 business days upon receipt

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you change your mind about an order placed on windepotstore.com, please contact us as soon as possible to determine refund eligibility. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

Return Policy

Online Purchases

Items purchased from windepotstore.com may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the UPC code intact.
  • Include the original receipt and all materials (manuals, instructions, etc.).
  • Contact us first to initiate a return—items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • You will be notified once your return is processed.

Restocking Fee

Restocking fees may apply to returned items and vary by manufacturer. The typical fee is around 20%, but it can differ depending on the product and supplier. Please check with customer service or the product’s manufacturer for specific details before initiating a return.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any defects, damage, or incorrect items immediately for resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged products
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom-made or special order items
  • Products shipped directly from the manufacturer
  • Lease purchases (final sale)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Some returnable items may also incur a manufacturer’s restocking fee.

In-Store Purchases

Return policies for in-store purchases may differ. Please confirm the policy at the time of purchase.
