I order 9 of these OCedar light and thirsty mop heads and with shipping it was almost $90.00. But when I received my box it had generic mop heads in it. Not what I wanted or even ordered. When I contacted them for a full refund including the shipping and handling they never contacted me back. I have filed a report with PayPal to try to return these generic mop heads and get my money back in full.
