Preparation and Cooking:
Bake - Mesquite Lime Chicken Sandwich ( 24 - 6 oz. sandwiches) 1. Mix 1 & 1/2 cups fresh lime juice, 1 & 1/8 cup Grill Mates Mesquite Seasoning, and 3/4 cups ea. of honey and vegetable oil. 2. Add 9 lbs. of fresh chicken breast, marinade for 1-4 hours. 3. Grill chicken over medium heat for 6- 8 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 (F) is reached. 4. Mix 3 cups of mayonnaise and 4 tbsp. of McCormick Chipotle Chili Pepper in a small bowl. Plate the chicken on sandwich rolls, top with spread.
