The Manitowoc UYF-0240A Neo® undercounter ice maker can produce up to 219 pounds of half-dice ice in a 24-hour period, although a delay function allows operators to customize the unit's ice production to save energy during slow business hours. The air-cooled condensing system is self-contained, and the interior components are easily accessed for easy service and maintenance. A feedback program alerts the operator with an indicator light when maintenance is required and when the storage bin, which can hold up to 90 pounds of ice, is full. For sanitary scooping, the Manitowoc UYF-0240A Neo undercounter ice maker includes an ice scoop.
