The Manitowoc UDF-0310A Neo™ undercounter ice maker produces as much as 286 pounds of ice every 24 hours. Its storage bin can hold 119 pounds of ice at a time. This unit produces dice ice, which is ideal for beverages and cocktails. AlphaSan® antimicrobial agent slows bacteria growth on components that touch water. Its food zone is sealed and has removable parts for cleanup. Ice is easy to access through the slide-up door, and the operator can activate the delay function during slow periods. The Manitowoc UDF-0310A Neo undercounter ice machine takes in and releases air from the front, enabling installation next to equipment or against a wall.
