A:  Simply sign into your account, you will see your order history and order status placed on windepotstore.com. However, you must register an account before or during checkout. If you create an account after placing an order, you will not see previous orders associate with your account. For in-store orders, please call us.

A: Store credit can be used in-store only.

Q: Transaction errors
A: Make sure your billing information is filled correctly. Some banking institutes automatically block large amount of transaction. In that case, please contact your card issuer to find out more.

Q: What is the Handling Time?
A: Orders are usually processed and shipped within two to four business days for in-stock items. Back order items may take longer to process. In-store pickup orders are usually processed the same day.
