Description
Proofer/Heated Cabinet, insulated, 25"W, accommodates (9) 18 x 26 pans, (1) transparent polycarbonate door with remain open feature, heating mode with 80°F - 220°F temperature range, proof mode with (10) humidity levels, dial controls, LED display, water tray, detachable slides, removable control drawer, stainless steel interior & exterior, (2) swivel casters & (2) locking casters, 2kW, 120v/60/1-ph, cord, cETLus, ETL-Sanitation.
