ALFA’s MC5 Electric Meat Grinder has a compact design and powerful motor make it perfect for home or for light commercial use. It features a 350 Watt, 1/2 HP motor and can process 2-3 pounds of meat per minute. It features a built-in “Overload Protection” switch, a forward & reverse switch and steel gears (not plastic) for durability. It includes a rugged die-cast aluminum grinding head, Pan, stomper, #12 stainless steel chopping knife, three (3) chopper plates (1/8″, 3/16″ & 5/16″), three (3) stuffing tubes and a Kubbe attachment. 115V – 60Hz motor.
